Controller and scope
Eddineconsulting SL is the controller of the data you provide to contact the business. You can write to socios@eddineconsulting.com. This information covers enquiries through the corporate website; it does not replace specific information for contracted services or the management area.
Data and current operation
The form requests your name, email and project description; company and type of need are optional. Submitting records the enquiry in Eddine’s management system and attempts to send a confirmation to your email and an internal notification so we can respond. The enquiry may be saved even if email delivery fails; the form explains that status. Without JavaScript you can email us directly. Do not include sensitive information or unnecessary third-party data.
Purpose and legal basis
The purpose is to answer your enquiry and, if requested, prepare a proposal. Requests for steps prior to a contract rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The basis for other enquiries and any additional use must be specified before launch; permission for marketing communications is not assumed.
Recipients and providers
The company states that it does not sell or disclose data for third parties’ own commercial use. This does not exclude access by necessary hosting or email providers acting on behalf of the controller, or legally required disclosures. The current implementation uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase to record enquiries and MailerSend for transactional emails. Contracts, processing configuration and possible international transfers remain to be validated; no claim is made that data never leaves the company.
Retention
The proposed approach is to keep enquiries as long as necessary to handle them and, where applicable, for legally required periods or to defend claims. Operational criteria and applicable periods must be confirmed before the final version is published.
Rights and complaints
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to socios@eddineconsulting.com. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es. Additional identity information will only be requested when necessary.
Browsing and security
The corporate website does not include analytics or advertising and uses URLs for language selection. The hosting provider may process technical logs needed to deliver and protect the service. Information about CRM access and its technologies must be checked against its own configuration; this policy does not change those systems or promise absolute security.
